I've built my career inside the accounting profession, and I've seen firsthand how much potential exists when the right people have the right skills, support, and ways of working.

That's why my work has evolved beyond solving one accounting problem.

  • Shana helps firms identify and address issues affecting the quality, consistency, and efficiency of their work. That can include client close challenges, team development, review and accountability, process improvement, capacity, and creating stronger foundations for advisory work.

  • It can include all three. Shana's approach is built around what the client actually needs rather than forcing every problem into a single service. Engagements may combine assessment, strategy, coaching, training, resources, and implementation support.

  • Absolutely. Reconciliations remain one of Shana's areas of deep expertise. The difference is that they're now part of a broader body of work focused on strengthening accounting people, teams, and processes.
